Olympic Stadium Test Event
Panathlon was recently involved in a London 2012 test event in the Olympic Stadium, where 20 Panathletes raced on the Olympic Track in front of 23,000 people. Thank you to our very kind partners, Gold Challenge and the Mayor of London for enabling this once in a life time opportunity.

In 2012 Panathletes have competed at both Stoke Mandeville, home of the Paralympics, and the new Olympic Stadium. 150 Panathletes competed at Stoke Mandeville in May including new teams from Beds, Bucks and Berks.Read about it here. 2012 Action ! Already this year we have delivered 12 Panathlon Young Officials Courses (qualifying 200 young leaders), 4 NGB Courses (Swimming, Boccia, Table Cricket and Kurling) and organised 16 multi-sport competitions involving over 1,000 disabled young people. Panathlon Challenge will be delivering over 50 multi-sport competitions
around the country in 2012, generating over 20,000 active hours by young
