  • Lambeth Champions !

    Team Lambeth today were the first team to qualify for the London Final 2010 with a tremendous win at Southfields Sports College in Wandsworth.  Lambeth won the sports of Football, Kurling and Athletics to beat their strong competitors of Wandsworth who were previous winners of the Central Panathlon Final. Local MP Kate Hoey visited the event and saw over 125 young disabled competitors compete in a range of sports which saw Camden come 3rd and Westminster in 4th place. Lambeth compete in the Final on June 24th. Well done to you all !!

  • Harrow triumph at first attempt

    In an amazing days action, Team Harrow in their first ever Panathlon won New Age Kurling, Polybat, and both field and racing athletics, to qualify for the West Final on March 19th.  Even more amazing was that tied with identical scores in 2nd place, was Brent and Hillingdon, who as they can't be split - will also progress through to the West Final on March 19th. Well done to you all.  The Mayor of Brent also presented the prizes at the February 9th event.

  • B&D start defence !

    Barking and Dagenham, the current Panathlon London champions, started their defence in great style today with an emphatic win against near rivals, Redbridge and Havering.

    Barking & Dagenham won the sports of Table Cricket, Polybat and Athletics and this sees them qualify comfortably for the East London Final (with Redbridge) against last weeks qualifiers, Newham and Hackney.

    This is the successful B&D team group celebrating their win !
